I want to send a friend's order back with my return. How does this work?

Register your own order in the return portal.

Add a note in the package for the other order with this information:

• Product codes
• Reason for return
• Order number
• Name of your friend

Does an order contain more than 2 products? Bundle these products per order so they stay together.

This can be done, for example, by:

• Taping the products together, or
• Putting the products together in a bag

This helps to sort the products correctly.
