Register one order in the return portal.

Add a note in the package for the other orders with this information:

• Product codes
• Reason for return
• Order number

Does an order contain more than 2 products? Bundle these products per order so they stay together.

This can be done by:

• Taping the products together, or
• Putting the products together in a bag

This helps to sort the products correctly.
