How should I package the product for return?

Pack the product in its original packaging.

Do not use packaging from another product. This can cause errors during the return process.

Check this by:

• Comparing the product name on the packaging with the actual product
• Comparing the product code on the packaging with the label on the product

Pack your return securely so the product doesn't get damaged during shipping.

• Use a sturdy box with plenty of padding.
  The product shouldn't move or slide around inside the box.
   
• You can return clothing in the plastic shipping bag.
  This way, you can reuse the packaging.
• For swords and large items, make sure to use extra padding in the box.

Pack sharp or pointed objects safely so they don't poke through the packaging.

• Do not send these products in an envelope or plastic bag.
  They can poke through the packaging.
• Use sturdy packaging.
• Does the item not have a sheath?
  Wrap the blade well, for example with bubble wrap.
   

If the product gets damaged during shipping:

• We won't be able to process your return.
• We will contact you.
• The product will be sent back to you again, and you'll need to pay for shipping costs.
