After we have received your return, it will be processed within 2 business days.

Longer processing time

Sometimes we have an exceptionally busy day or staff illness. In that case, it may take 1-3 business days longer. So, in case of maximum delay, expect 5 business days. Contact us if it takes longer than 5 business days.

We have no influence on the shipping time of the package from your address to our warehouse.
