Wanneer krijg ik mijn geld terug?

After we have received your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. Sometimes we have an exceptionally busy day or staff illness. In that case, it may take one business day longer.

The refund is initiated immediately during the processing of the return. If there is something wrong with your return, we will contact you.

The amount will be refunded via our payment platform Shopify Payments.

You will receive the money back in the same way you paid.

It may take a few business days for Shopify Payments to process the refund.

After that, the money will be back in your account.
