When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. Occasionally, if we’re experiencing an unusually busy day or have staff out sick, it may take an extra business day.

The refund will be initiated as soon as we process your return. If there’s any issue with your return, we’ll contact you.

The amount will be refunded through our payment platform, Shopify Payments.

You’ll receive your refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

It may take a few business days for Shopify Payments to process the refund.

After that, the money will be back in your account.


How long does it take to process my return?
