I am returning a damaged product, but I did not report the damage in advance. What happens now?
The damage can no longer be assessed.
If damage is not reported in advance, it’s impossible to determine where the damage occurred. In this case, the product arrived to us already damaged. The responsibility for this damage lies with the customer as return damage.
The purchase amount cannot be refunded in this situation.
If you would like the product returned to you, please contact us. We’ll send the product back to you. Any shipping costs will be at your expense.
