My return package was sent back to me and the product is damaged. What should I do?

Returns are at the customer's own risk.

Please contact the carrier (even if you used a label from Celtic WebMerchant).
Include a photo of the damage and your package number.

If the damage was caused by the carrier, you will receive a (partial) refund from the carrier.

Celtic WebMerchant cannot assist further in this matter.
