When you return a damaged product to us without reporting it in advance, the damage can no longer be objectively assessed by us. This has the following consequences for the handling:

  • Determination of the cause: If damage is not reported in advance, it is no longer possible for us to determine where or when the damage exactly occurred.
  • Responsibility: In this scenario, it is assumed that the product arrived damaged at our location. The responsibility for this damage then lies with the customer and is classified as return damage.
  • Refund: Because the damage was not reported and acknowledged in advance, the purchase amount cannot be refunded in this case.
  • Receiving the product back: If you wish to receive the damaged product back, you can contact us. We will then send the item back to you, with any shipping costs being your responsibility.

To prevent such situations, it is essential to report damage to us immediately after discovery with photos of the product and packaging, and not to proceed with a return shipment yet.
