What should I do if my payment has failed?
If your payment fails or is interrupted during checkout, you don’t need to place a new order. Your order will remain saved in the Celtic WebMerchant system.
How can you complete your payment?
The process works as follows:
- You’ll automatically receive an email from Celtic WebMerchant within 5 minutes.
- This email contains a link to safely complete your payment again.
- Once you’ve completed the payment using the link, your order is finalized.
What emails about your payment can you expect from Celtic WebMerchant?
When you place an order, Celtic WebMerchant sends several emails to keep you updated on your payment status. You may receive the following messages:
- Payment reminder: You’ll receive this email if your order hasn’t been paid yet. The message includes a link to safely complete your payment.
- Payment could not be processed: This email is sent if there was a technical issue during the payment process. You can use the link in this email to try paying again.
- Payment confirmation: This is the confirmation you’ll receive once your payment has been successfully completed. This also serves as proof that your order is being processed.
I received an email about a refund. How can I see what has been refunded?
