Why hasn't my package been shipped yet?

It may happen that a product with the delivery time "Ordered on weekdays before 20:30, shipped the same day" is not shipped immediately. This can be due to the following reasons:

  • No shipping on weekends: Celtic WebMerchant is closed on weekends. No packages are shipped on those days.
  • Age verification: An ID check is required when purchasing a weapon. This applies if you have not ordered a weapon before. The package will only be shipped after verification. You will receive an email for this.
  • Storage warehouse: Some products are in a second warehouse. This stock is collected daily. The order will then be shipped the next business day.
  • Extreme busyness: During high demand periods, such as around major festivals, it is not always possible to pack all packages on time.
  • Technical error: There is an error message in the shipping system, for example, due to an error in the address. This is usually resolved within 24 hours. If information is needed, you will receive an email.
  • Stock discrepancy: The product is not in the correct place in the warehouse. The product must then be reordered from the supplier. This usually takes 7 business days. If the product is not available at all, you will be notified.

Our advice: wait 1 business day, contact us if it has not been shipped by then.
