Which emails will I receive about the shipping of my order?

During the processing and shipping of your order, you will receive several messages. Below is an overview of the emails you can expect from Celtic WebMerchant and the delivery service:

  • Live tracking: You will receive this email immediately after your order. It contains a link to track the status of your order.
  • Night order: You will receive this email if you ordered after the last packing time (cut-off time). We will inform you that your order will be shipped the next business day.
  • Weekend order: You will receive this email if you ordered during the weekend. We will inform you that we are closed then and will process your order on the next business day.
  • Shipped in multiple packages: You will receive this email if your order is too large for one box. Your products are then divided over multiple boxes.
  • Shipping confirmation: This is the confirmation that your package has been packed and is ready for the delivery service.
  • Tracking emails from delivery service: The delivery service itself will send you updates about the delivery and the expected time of arrival.

Why haven't I received an email?

If you don't see any emails, it may be due to a typo in the email address or your mailbox settings. Always check the spam folder. The emails are automatically sent by our system as soon as the status of your order changes.
