Is my package immediately handed over to the delivery service when the status in live tracking is 'Shipped'?

No, that is not the case. The status 'Shipped' means that Celtic WebMerchant has packed the package. The package is then ready for the delivery service but is still in our building.

When do the packages go to the delivery service?

The packages are handed over or taken away at fixed times. These are the times:

• 3:00 PM: The packages for UPS are picked up.
• 4:00 PM: The packages for GLS are picked up.
• 9:30 PM: We take the packages for GLS, FedEx, PostNL, DHL, and DPD ourselves to a central point (transport hub).

When does the delivery service start transportation?

For the packages that we take away at 9:30 PM, transportation begins later in the night. The delivery services pick up the packages between 10:00 PM and midnight at the transport hub. Only then is the package truly on its way.
