When will I receive my tracking code?

You will receive the tracking code only when your product has been packed and the shipping label has been printed.

• Did you order during the weekend or on a holiday? Then the code will be created on the next business day.
• Did you order products with a longer delivery time? Then you will receive the tracking code only when the products have arrived at our warehouse and are being packed.
