I received an email that my package has been delivered. What does that mean?
This email is an automatic confirmation that the carrier has informed us that your order has been successfully delivered to the specified address. We send this update for shipments via GLS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DPD. Are you using PostNL? Then you will not receive this specific email from us, as PostNL usually sends a delivery confirmation to you themselves.
Delay in information provision
It may happen that you receive the confirmation only after the package has already been delivered. This is due to the digital link between the carrier and the backend of our store. Information is often synchronized in intervals, which can cause a delay in sending the automatic email. The status on the carrier's Track & Trace page is always the most up-to-date source.
Delivered, but nothing received?
It sometimes happens that a package is reported as 'delivered' while you have not yet received it. Often, physical delivery follows shortly after (within 1 to 3 business days). We recommend that you first check with your neighbors, housemates, or around the house. Always check the delivery service's website for specific details, such as a photo of the delivery location or the name of the person who signed.
What if my order is not complete?
Have you opened the box and something is missing? In many cases, your order has been shipped in multiple packages due to its size or fragility. These are not always delivered at the same time. Check your order status page via the link in your confirmation email to see if multiple tracking numbers are active.
If there is no second package, carefully check the packaging material for small items or check your mailbox for messages about a possible stock discrepancy. Did the box arrive damaged? Then take photos immediately and contact our customer service. For a detailed step-by-step plan, you can refer to our article: What should I do if a product is missing from my order?
