What if I entered the wrong email address and therefore do not receive tracking emails?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address, that's no problem. We can easily resolve this for you.

Since the live tracking link and delivery service updates are sent to the provided address, it's important that we adjust this as soon as possible. Follow these steps:

  • Contact us: Send us a message via chat or email. Please include your full name, the correct email address, and (if you remember) the order number.
  • Verification by us: We will locate your order in our system and manually adjust the email address for you.
  • Resend: Once the address is corrected, we will resend the live tracking email to your correct address. From that moment, you will also receive the automatic updates about the journey of your product.

How do I know if my email address is incorrect?

If you did not receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order (and it is not in your spam box), there is a good chance that there is a typo in the email address.

Do you have an account?

If you created an account during the ordering process, you can log in to check your details and view the status of your order. The tracking information is also updated there, regardless of whether the email address is correct.
