I have multiple tracking codes, but some are not working. What now?
If you have received multiple tracking codes and some of them do not provide information, the following might be the case:
- Extra labels: Sometimes we print more labels during packing than we ultimately need.
- System error: Due to a system error, duplicate codes may sometimes be generated accidentally.
Do I need to do anything about this?
No, you don't need to do anything. The tracking codes for the packages that are actually on their way will provide updates once the delivery service has scanned them. You can ignore the non-working codes; they will automatically expire in the system.
