Why have I received multiple tracking codes?

It may happen that you receive different tracking codes for one order. This means that your order has been packed in multiple packages. We do this for the following reasons:

• Size: The products do not fit together in one box.
• Weight: The package would be too heavy as a whole for the delivery service.
• Unusual size: One or more products in your order are very long or heavy and need to be shipped separately.
• Safety: We sometimes package products separately to prevent damage during transport.
