Avoid waiting

If your package was already on its way, but the status has been stagnant for several days, first check the following points:

Holidays: Check in which country your package was last scanned and whether there is a holiday there at the moment. Sorting centers are often closed on those days.
Weekend: Most sorting centers are closed on weekends. It is therefore normal for your package to be stagnant in tracking on Saturday and Sunday.
Transfer to local partner: Sometimes your package is handed over to a local delivery service in the destination country.
- Check your tracking link for additional tracking numbers or links for "national" or "international".
- Do these links not work? Then find out which local delivery service collaborates with your original carrier (e.g., PostNord or Seur).
- Go to the website of that local service and enter the tracking code there to find the current status.
Christmas passed? After Christmas, there are significant delays in sorting centers because many people are on leave. Wait at least 3 working days for the system to function normally again.

Is this not the case? Then follow these steps:

Contact the delivery service: First, contact the customer service of the delivery service. They have the most up-to-date information. This is often faster than through us, as we have to send inquiries through an intermediary at the transport hub.
Contact us: Can the delivery service not provide a solution? Then contact us. We will then initiate an official postal investigation for you.
Loss: In the unlikely event that the package is officially declared lost by the delivery service, we will arrange for a new shipment of your product or a full refund.
