Why did I receive a different delivery service than the one I selected?

It may happen that we ship your order with a different delivery service than the one you selected at checkout. We only do this if it is necessary to deliver your product properly or quickly.

This occurs in the following situations:

  • Preventing delays: If there is a major event (such as Elfia) and we know that a certain delivery service is experiencing a disruption or delay. We then choose another service with a higher delivery speed, so your order arrives on time.
  • Heavy products: Some products are very heavy, such as tents. These cannot be transported by every delivery service. We then transfer the order to GLS, as they specialize in heavy packages.
  • Reliability: If a delivery service temporarily does not accept packages for your region, we look for an alternative delivery service to make the delivery possible.

Do I have to pay extra if Celtic WebMerchant changes the delivery service?

No, you do not have to pay anything extra. If we decide to use a different delivery service, we will cover any additional costs that this entails.

Can I undo the change?

No, once we have adjusted the delivery service and the label is printed, the choice is final. We always make this choice to ensure that the package arrives safely and as quickly as possible. You can find the current delivery service in the live tracking link.
