How do I know which delivery service will bring my package?
During checkout, you can choose which delivery service you want to use. After your order, you can check this in the following ways:
- Live tracking link: Immediately after your order, you will receive an email from us with a link. By clicking on this link, you can see which delivery service you have chosen.
- Emails from the delivery service: From the moment your package is packed with us, the delivery service takes over the contact. You will then receive emails from the delivery service itself (for example, from PostNL, DPD, or GLS) with updates about the delivery.
From whom will I receive information about the delivery?
There are two parties that will keep you informed:
- Celtic WebMerchant: We will send you information about the packing of your product in our warehouse.
- The delivery service: They will send you information about the journey of the package to your home and the delivery time.
What should I do if I haven't received an email from the delivery service?
If your package has the status 'Shipped', but you haven't received a message from the delivery service, please check your spam box. It may also be that the delivery service still needs to scan the package at their sorting center. The first email from the delivery service usually arrives the night after the shipment.
