Will I always receive a tracking code?

Yes, with us you always receive a tracking code.

At Celtic WebMerchant, we do not send packages without tracking. We find it important that you know exactly where your order is and when you can expect it. Whether you order a small accessory or a complete outfit, every shipment is provided with a unique code.

How do I receive my code?

  • By email: As soon as your product is packed and the shipping label is created, you will automatically receive an email with the live tracking link.
  • In your account: If you have created an account with Celtic WebMerchant, you can always find the tracking information in your order history on our website.

Why haven't I received a code yet?

If you haven't received a code yet, the following reasons may apply:

  • Processing time: Your order has not been packed yet. This usually happens within the delivery time indicated on our website.
  • Weekend/Holidays: Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the next working day. Only then is the code created.

Spam box: Sometimes the email with the tracking information ends up in your junk email.
