Why is my tracking code not working?
It is normal for a tracking code not to work immediately after you receive it. The delivery service must first receive and scan the package at the sorting center.
- Waiting time: If your product is packed in our warehouse during the day, the code often works only after midnight. Most initial scans occur late in the evening or at night.
- Expected delivery time: Only after this first scan by the delivery service will the expected delivery time be visible in the tracking link.
- No scan after several working days: Do you have a tracking link, but the package still shows as 'not received' by the delivery service after several days? Then there is likely a technical issue. In that case, please contact us so we can investigate this for you.
- Exception: UPS. Did you choose delivery with UPS? They pick up until 3:00 PM at our warehouse. Did you order on a Friday after 3:00 PM and choose UPS? Your package can be packed on Friday evening but will only be picked up by us on Monday.
