When will I receive my money after my order is canceled?
Once your order with Celtic WebMerchant has been canceled, your money will be refunded immediately. This is done through the company’s payment provider (Shopify Payments).
The following rules apply in this situation:
- Processing time: It usually takes 1 to 3 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Name on bank statement: The name Celtic WebMerchant may not appear on your bank statement. Instead, you might see the name Stripe. This is the payment platform used by Shopify Payments.
What should I do if the refund hasn’t appeared in my account after 3 business days?
If you haven’t received your refund after 3 business days, follow these steps:
- Check the name on your bank statement: Use your banking app’s search function to look for the name Multisafepay. The refund often appears under this name instead of Celtic WebMerchant.
- Check the date on the credit invoice: The 1 to 2 business day processing time starts from the date shown on the credit invoice.
- Contact customer service: If you can’t find the payment under the name Multisafepay, please send an email to Celtic WebMerchant.
What information does Celtic WebMerchant need?
To check your payment, please include the following information in your email:
- The order number of your purchase.
- The credit invoice number.
- The date your cancellation was confirmed.
