Why was my package shipped even though I sent an email to cancel?
This happens because Celtic WebMerchant packs many orders directly. There may be a delay between sending your email and the email being read by a staff member.
In this situation, the following rules apply:
- Email check: The staff of Celtic WebMerchant checks the mailbox in the early morning and in the afternoon.
- Logistics process: If you send an email between the fixed checking times, the package may already have been packed by the logistics department.
- Shipping: Once a package is packed, the shipment can no longer be stopped.
What can I do if the package is already on its way?
If the package has already been shipped, you have two options:
- Contact the postal company: Contact the delivery service to ask if they can send the package to a different address or back to Celtic WebMerchant.
Return: You can accept the package and then return it to Celtic WebMerchant via the normal procedure.
