Can my order be combined with previous orders?

No, it is not possible to combine orders at Celtic WebMerchant.

This is not possible for the following reasons:

• Logistics process: Each order is processed as a separate shipment in the warehouse.
• Administration: Combining different orders leads to additional errors in administration and inventory.

What should I do if I forgot something?

If you have already placed an order and want to purchase something else, you need to place a new order. You will receive an email with a code for free shipping approximately one day after your first order. Use this code with your new order to avoid additional shipping costs.
