Can my order be combined with previous orders?

No, it’s not possible to combine orders at Celtic WebMerchant.

This isn’t possible for the following reasons:

• Logistics process: Each order is processed as a separate shipment in the warehouse.
• Administration: Combining different orders can lead to more errors in our administration and inventory.

What should I do if I forgot something?

If you’ve already placed an order and want to buy something else, you’ll need to place a new order. About a day after your first order, you’ll receive an email with a code for free shipping. Use this code with your new order to avoid extra shipping costs.
