Can I still change my address, choose a different delivery address, or pick-up point?
Whether the address can still be changed depends on the status of the shipment.
In these situations, the following rules apply:
- The shipment has not yet been packed: send an email as soon as possible. Note that we cannot guarantee that we can change the address before shipping.
- The package has already been shipped: you can no longer change the address. You must then contact the courier service yourself. Ask the courier service if they can still change the delivery address.
- Change pickup point: After shipping, you usually receive an email from the courier service allowing you to choose a pickup point yourself.
Why can't you change the address after shipping? This is not possible because the package has already been handed over to the delivery service. The package is then in the carrier's system.
