Can I still change my address, choose a different delivery address, or pick-up point?

Whether the address can still be changed depends on the status of the shipment.

The following rules apply in these situations:

1. The shipment has not yet been packed: you can change the address yourself in your live tracking link (where the status of your package is shown). This is in an email you receive after ordering.
2. The package has already been shipped: you can no longer change the address. You must then contact the parcel service yourself. Ask the parcel service if they can still change the delivery address.

3. Change pickup point:

   a. You can choose delivery at a pickup point via the live tracking link you receive immediately after ordering.

   b. After shipping, you usually receive an email from the parcel service allowing you to choose a pickup point yourself.

Why can't you change the address after shipping? This is not possible because the package has already been handed over to the delivery service. The package is then in the carrier's system.
