No. We cannot modify orders once they have been placed.
The reasons for this are:
- Automatic invoicing: Our system immediately generates an invoice based on the information you provide. We cannot change this information later in the system.
- VAT rules: Different rules apply for tax-free delivery (intra-community) for business orders than for private customers.
What can you do?
Is your order not yet packed or shipped? Then follow these steps:
- Contact customer service immediately.
- Ask if we can cancel the order.
- If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a refund.
- Then place a new order and this time enter your company name and the VAT number at checkout.
Is the order already in the logistics process (is the package already packed)? Then the order can no longer be stopped or modified.
