Can I still modify my order?

At Celtic WebMerchant, it is often not possible to modify an order. This is because the order quickly enters the logistics process. We also bulk logistics operations to make our many discounts possible. An employee checks with each request whether the order is already in this process.

In these situations, the following rules apply:

  • Products in stock: It is very difficult to modify this order. The products are quickly prepared for shipment. If the order is already in the logistics process, nothing can be canceled.
  • Choosing another product: It is never possible to exchange a product for another item. This is not possible due to the extra administrative time, even if it concerns a different color or size. Celtic WebMerchant can only cancel the product for you if the order is not yet in the logistics process. After that, you can order the correct product yourself.

What should I do if I want to add a product?

It is not possible to add a product to an ongoing order. You can follow these steps:

  • Wait for the email from Celtic WebMerchant, which is sent approximately one day after the order.
  • Use the free shipping code from this email. This is an extra service for customers who have forgotten something.
  • Place a new order for the additional product and use the code for free shipping.
