Why was my package shipped even though I emailed to cancel my order?
This happens because Celtic WebMerchant processes many orders right away. There may be a delay between when you send your email and when a staff member reads it.
In this situation, the following rules apply:
- Email checks: Celtic WebMerchant staff check the mailbox early in the morning and in the afternoon.
- Logistics process: If you send an email between the scheduled check times, your package may have already been packed by the logistics team.
- Shipping: Once a package has been packed, the shipment can no longer be stopped.
What can I do if the package is already on its way?
If the package has already been shipped, you have two options:
- Contact the shipping company: Get in touch with the delivery service to see if they can redirect the package to another address or return it to Celtic WebMerchant.
Return: You can accept the package and then return it to Celtic WebMerchant following the normal return process.
