I placed an order as a private customer but want to put it under my business. Can this be changed?

No. We can't change orders after they've been placed.

Here’s why:

  • Automatic invoicing: Our system immediately creates an invoice based on the information you provide. We can't change this information in the system later.
  • VAT rules: Different rules apply for tax-free (intra-community) delivery for business orders compared to private customers.

What can you do?

Has your order not been packed or shipped yet? Follow these steps:

  • Contact customer service right away.
  • Ask if we can cancel your order.
  • If the cancellation goes through, you’ll get your money back.
  • Then place a new order and make sure to enter your company name and VAT number at checkout.

If your order is already in the logistics process (the package has already been packed), it can no longer be stopped or changed.
