My package is under postal investigation but I have a deadline, what now?

If you really need the product on short notice and cannot wait for the outcome of the investigation, we recommend the following:

  • Reorder: You can reorder the product through the webshop. We will then send this new order immediately (if in stock), so you have it in time for your deadline.
  • Double receipt: If the first package is delivered during the investigation, you will have the product twice. You can refuse the extra package at the door or return it to us later.
  • Refund: Once the investigation is completed and the first package is officially declared 'missing' or has returned to us, we will immediately refund the purchase amount of the first order to you.

Why can't Celtic WebMerchant send a new package immediately? 

We understand this is difficult with a deadline, but we must follow the official route of the delivery service. If we send a new package immediately and the old one is still delivered, administrative and inventory issues arise. By reordering yourself, you take the fastest route to your deadline, while we resolve the issue with the missing shipment in the background.

What if my deadline has already passed? 

If the investigation is completed after your event has already taken place and the package is still delivered, you may of course return the package immediately. Please inform our customer service so that we are aware of the situation.
