What is the difference between live tracking and the tracking of the delivery service?
At Celtic WebMerchant, we use two different systems to keep you informed about your order. It's important to know the difference between the live tracking from our system and the carrier tracking.
Below you can read how these two links complement each other:
1. Live Tracking (Immediately after ordering)
Immediately after you place an order with us, you will receive a live tracking link from our logistics system.
Function: This link is especially useful in the period between ordering and shipping.
Insight: Here you can see exactly when your package is being processed in our warehouse.
Estimate: An expected delivery time is shown, but please note that this is an estimate from our system.
2. Carrier Tracking (After shipping)
Only when your package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, you will receive the official tracking email from the delivery service.
Function: This link is leading after shipping.
Exact time: The delivery service provides a much more accurate delivery time than the previous estimate.
Extra options: Through this link, you can often take additional actions, such as choosing a specific pickup point or submitting a delivery change.
