What is a tracking code?

A tracking code is a unique combination of numbers and letters. With this code, you can see where your package is and what time the delivery service will arrive.

How does the tracking code process work?

Tracking your package follows a fixed sequence:

• Creation: When we pack your product, we create a shipping label. At that moment, your package receives a tracking code.
• Visibility: You can find this code in the live tracking link you received from us.
• First scan: The code only works after the delivery service has scanned the package for the first time. This usually happens at night when the package arrives at the sorting center.
• Updates: After the first scan, the delivery service sends you updates via email about the delivery.
