What should I do if I haven't received a tracking code?

It may happen that you cannot find the tracking code immediately. You can take the following steps to retrieve the information:

  • Check the spam box: The email with the shipping confirmation and tracking code sometimes ends up in the spam folder.
  • Check your email address: Make sure you are using the email address you provided when ordering from Celtic WebMerchant.
  • Log in to your account: Did you create an account during the ordering process? Then log in to our website. In your account overview, the track & trace information is listed with your order.

When is the tracking code created?

You will only receive the code once your product has been packed and the shipping label has been printed.

  • Did you order on the weekend or a holiday? Then the code will be created on the next business day.
  • Did you order products with a longer delivery time? Then you will receive the tracking code only when the products have arrived at our warehouse and are being packed.

What if I still can't find the code?

If you still haven't received a code after one business day and it is not in your account or spam box, there may be an error in the email address. We can check this for you and manually send the information to the correct address.
